| Tuotekuvaus | The MARCHTM Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) represents the best collective opportunity to meet the DoD´s objective of reduced combat mortality through value-added capability. This is accomplished through our MARCH product line and associated treatment protocol. Inspired by the US Army Rangers combat-proven practice of kit organization and standardization, the MARCH IFAK is ergonomically designed and intuitive to use under the most adverse conditions. Its ruggedized, color-coded, tactical packaging and organized layout offers the greatest life-saving advantage to frontline self and buddy aid. The MARCH IFAK is the most capable tactical medical kit available. This 5-year kit contains nine, best-of-breed core life saving components agreed upon by the joint services. It also contains the iTClamp, indicated for use during Care Under Fire for immediate treatment of compressible, non-tourniquetable hemorrhage in the scalp, neck, axilla and inguinal areas. |
