Merchant feed terms
These terms cover merchant-provided product/price feeds and free standard inclusion in ParhainHinta.fi. Any separately agreed written merchant terms prevail in the event of a conflict.

2. Free standard inclusion
A merchant may provide a product feed without a listing fee. We do not guarantee traffic, ranking, indexing or sales volume.
3. Feed data
The merchant is responsible for accurate prices, availability, identifiers, URLs, images and other supplied data, and for having the right to provide those materials for use in a comparison service. Stable GTIN/EAN, MPN or other identifiers are strongly recommended.
4. Licence
The merchant grants Botcom Oy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to what is necessary to operate ParhainHinta.fi: receiving, normalising, combining, storing and displaying the supplied product data and using the merchant name and logo to identify the merchant in the service. Ownership and other rights remain with their respective rights holders. The licence ends with the direct feed cooperation except where limited retention is needed for backups, incident handling or legal obligations.
5. Updates and corrections
Feeds should be reasonably current. We may reject broken, stale, misleading or technically invalid rows. Correction requests: iurii@parhainhinta.fi.
6. Ranking and commercial relationships
Free listing, affiliate relationships and paid advertising are separate. An affiliate relationship does not buy a better position in normal price ordering. Paid visibility is labelled.
7. Security
Do not include consumer personal data, payment information or unrelated secrets in a product feed.
8. Ending an integration
A merchant may ask us to stop a direct feed integration. Botcom Oy may suspend feed processing for technical, legal or material data-quality reasons. Where practicable, we aim to inform a cooperation merchant of a material suspension and its reason.
9. Governing law
Finnish law applies. We aim to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation.
