What should the notice contain?

• the exact URL or other information that clearly identifies the content;
• a sufficiently detailed explanation of what is incorrect or why you consider the content illegal;
• your name and email address, unless applicable law permits the notice without them;
• a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.

Submit a notice

Email the notice to contact@botcom.fi and place the relevant page URL at the beginning of the message.

Where electronic contact details are provided, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay. Notices are handled as promptly as reasonably possible, diligently, objectively and case by case. Where required by applicable rules, we inform the notifier of the decision and available redress options.

Ordinary data corrections

If the issue is not illegal content but, for example, an outdated price, incorrect image or product match, you can use the same address. Use the subject “Data correction” so the request can be routed quickly.
