2. Purpose of the service

ParhainHinta.fi is an information and price-comparison service. Botcom Oy is not the seller of products shown in the comparison and does not enter into the purchase contract between a user and a merchant.

3. Prices, availability and product information

We aim to keep data current, but the merchant's own page is authoritative for the final price, availability, delivery costs, delivery time and contractual terms. Prices may change between our observation and the user's visit to the merchant.

4. Price finds

Price finds are ParhainHinta.fi selections where the current price stands out favourably among comparable store prices and passes internal quality checks. A price find does not mean that the merchant itself is advertising a discount, and a cross-merchant price gap is not presented as the merchant's own price reduction.

5. Merchant links and commercial relationships

Some merchant links may be advertising or affiliate links that can generate a commission for Botcom Oy. Commission does not change the normal price ordering. Paid placements, if any, are labelled separately as advertising or commercial cooperation.

6. User responsibility

Before buying, the user should verify the final price, delivery costs, availability, product specifications, returns and seller information on the merchant site.

7. Intellectual property

Our software, interface, original texts and database selection/arrangement are protected by applicable law. Merchant names, trademarks, images and product materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

8. Liability

The service is provided for comparison and information. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for a contract between a merchant and a user. Liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law remains unaffected.

9. Incorrect or illegal content

Product, price or rights-infringement notices can be submitted through our content notice page. We process sufficiently specific notices and may request additional information where needed.

10. Governing law

Finnish law applies to these terms. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
