Turkulainen rakennusmestari Seppo Muraja nousi mm. Hymy-lehden siivittämänä kuuluisuuteen ylitettyään Atlantin piskuisella 4,3-metrisellä moottoriveneellä vuonna 1970. Pian Muraja alkoi suunnitella vielä uhkarohkeampaa matkaa. Hän halusi kiertää maailman alle kuusimetrisellä päiväristeilijällä. Tuhannet kaupunkilaiset hurrasivat, kun punainen Psychopath II hävisi Martinsillan alta Aurajoen sumuun joulukuussa 1972. Seikkailija Seppo Muraja jätti taakseen raskaana olevan vaimonsa, dominoivan isänsä, kärsimättömät sponsorinsa ja syytteen autolautan kaappauksesta, mutta eletty elämä hyppäsi jänikseksi kyytiin. Myrskyn ratsastaja on dokumentaarinen romaani levottomasta ja pelottomasta miehestä ja hänen viimeiseksi jääneestä matkastaan. Samalla se on luku pohjoismaisen merenkulun historiaa. Teos sisältää Murajan autenttisen matkakirjeenvaihdon kotiin, sekä runsaasti aiemmin julkaisemattomia valokuvia. Maaliskuussa 1974 Psychopath II ajautui tuhoutuneena Biskajanlahden rannikolle. Seppo
