Syksyllä 1946 entinen Valtiollisen poliisin osastopäällikkö Väinö Mujunen on asettunut mukavasti Helsingin Katajanokalle naisystävänsä Sirkan ravintolan turvapäälliköksi ja satunnaiseksi yksityisetsiväksi. Isäänsä etsivältä tiskaajatytöltä Mujunen saa tehtävän, joka sysää hänet takaisin kuohuvan 1930-luvun alkuun. Aikaan, jolloin kansakunta etsi itseään kieltolain, Lapuan liikkeen ja kommunismin uhan keskeltä ja Mujunen aloitteli uraansa Etsivässä Keskuspoliisissa. Nuori etsivä joutui tuolloin tutkimaan presidenttiparin kidnappausta, Lapuan liikkeen kassanhoitajan murhaa sekä erinäisiä vallankaappaushankkeita. Kyyti oli sinimustaa ja kylmää kuin talvihauta. Olivatko terroriteot yksittäisten höyrypäiden päähänpälkähdyksiä, vai löytyikö niiden takaa suuri salajuoni? Miten pääkaupungin tapahtumat liittyivät savolaisen kunnallispoliitikon katoamiseen? Historiallisen dekkarin mestari ja lajityypin pioneeri Tapani Bagge julkaisi 2009-2013 neliosaisen värisarjan Väinö Mujusen tutkimuksista

The 30-day and all-time lows are ParhainHinta.fi observations for that merchant. They are not, by themselves, the merchant's statutory reference price for discount advertising.
